At SkilSearch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your webinar purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Live Webinars

If you registered for a live webinar and cannot attend, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours of the live event, we will convert your registration to On-Demand access at no additional charge.

On-Demand Webinars

On-Demand webinars are non-refundable once access has been provided to your registered email. If you experience technical issues accessing your on-demand webinar, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Webinar Packages

Webinar packages are non-refundable once any webinar credits have been used. Unused package credits may be transferred to another person within your organization.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@skilsearch.com with your order number, name, and reason for refund. We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
